Aodh Ruadh under 12s welcomed Saint Eunan's to Ballyshannon on Saturday. With numbers depleted it was going be tough for the homesters, but both teams did themselves proud with two excellent displays of football. The first game got off to a good start for Aodh Ruadh, but then Saint Eunan's just edged in front. A few changes at half-time saw our girls getting back into it, but Saint Eunan's got a few cheeky goals and ran out deserved winners. Best for Aodh Ruadh were Lauren Foy, Fodhla Sheerin and Aisling Patton. The second game was a tighter affair and the girls worked hard to the bitter end, but again Eunan's took the spoils. Best for Aodh Ruadh were Andrea Moore and Aimee Roper. We wish Leah Caldwell a speedy recovery after injuring her arm.
