Despite some good individual performances Aodh Ruadh couldn't surmount a more cohesive and determined Four Masters outfit on Wednesday night in Father Tierney Park. Ballyshannon battled hard and took some nice scores from Evan McTernan, with Odhran McGarrigle also working hard to create opportunities, but the Donegal Town side's scores just came that bit easier and they always held the advantage on the score board. Further out the pitch Shane Gillespie was lively while Pauric Keenaghan, JJ Goan, Adam Clarke and the Erneside keeper all worked hard, but their individual efforts weren't sufficient on the night to take Aodh Ruadh close to a result. Aodh Ruadh are due to travel to Killybegs this coming Wednesday as the league campaign drawing to a close.
