Saint Mary's Park, Convoy.
A poor second half cost Aodh Ruadh dearly in the minor county semi-final on Saturday afternoon. Things were close at the break with Saint Eunan's only two points ahead, 1-7 to 1-9. Shane McGrath hit 1-4 in the first half, with his goal taking Aodh Ruadh into a lead they held up to six minutes from the break. However Saint Eunan's hit 1-3 before the break to hold the interval advantage. Things unravelled from there and Ballyshannon could only add a Nathan Boyle free in second half added time with the scores finishing 1-8 to 1-15. The Ernesiders lost Ryan and Michael McKenna in the second half, which didn't help matters, but overall they were second best in the second half.
