Pride of place this week goes to our under 14 hurlers who for the second year in a row won the County A League title by defeating Buncrana in the final at O'Donnell Park, Letterkenny. The boys got off to a blistering start in a great all-round team effort and led at half time by 1-12 to 0-1. Buncrana, as expected, came back strongly in the second half, but our boys battled away and ran out winners on a score line of 1-16 to 2-3. This is another great achievement by this hard working team, winning back-to-back league titles a first for the club. Many thanks to all the supporters who travelled to Letterkenny and gave brilliant support to the team. A huge cavalcade through the town took place when the team came home followed by refreshments in Aras Aoidh Ruaidh.
