Underage hurlers do well at Lisbellaw blitz
On Friday evening Aodh Ruadh were invited to take part in a festival of underage hurling hosted by Lisbellaw. Our under 8s, 10s and 12s made the trip to Cavancarragh on a beautiful evening for hurling and 33 young hurlers gave it their all in games against Lisbellaw and Knocks. All teams played three games with the following results. The under 8s won two and lost one. The under 10s won three and lost none. The under 12s won one and lost two. Well done to all the managers and parents who went to this blitz. A great time was had by all the kids, thanks to Lisbellaw for the invite and their hospitality.
