Buncrana and Aodh Ruadh went into battle in the minor league on Thursday night. Both these teams have dominated the under 14 and under 16 leagues in Donegal over the last few years and as a result it was two very young minor teams who went into battle in this game. Aodh Ruadh got off to great start but the Buncrana men battled back and narrowed the game coming up to half time setting up what promised to be a close second half. Again aodh Ruadh were quick out of the blocks in the second half, but as the game neared it's finished Buncrana scored two late goals. Aodh Ruadh held on and ran out winners on a 4-6 to 3-4 score line.
