Donegal 2-19
Fermanagh 1-13
Father Tierney Park
Senior inter-county hurling returned to Father Tierney Park last Sunday and it saw Donegal earn a handsome 2-19 to 1-13 win over Fermanagh. A modest but enthusiastic ground were present on an ideal day for hurling and the Tir Chonaill men made the most of it. Aodh Ruadh had five representatives on the Donegal squad. Paul Sheridan started at midfield with Ciaran Kilgannon coming on at wing half forward. Ankle injury meant Ciaran's spell on the pitch was brief, but he did manage to register a point in that period. Stephen Sheerin, Paul Hughes and Chris Kilgannon were also on the panel.
