6 weeks, €50, 07/11/11 - Circuits: Intense full body workout, targets fat loss, muscle building and heart fitness) 9:00pm - 10:00pm
8 weeks, €65, 17/10/11 (none 31/10/11).

Bootcamp
Classes include: cycle class, circuits and aqua aerobics, one hour classes on Monday, Wednesday and Friday, only €70 for 12 sessions.
Personal training and private swimming classes available on request. Enquire at reception.
Punch bag and gloves available for hire in private room in Ballyshannon Leisure Centre. Suitable for four people, or group hire or use for free with membership.
Table tennis table
Table tennis table available for hire in private room in Ballyshannon Leisure Centre. Suitable for four players, equipment supplied.
