Appropriately enough on US Independence Day, the club bid farewell to our Coaching Officer, Simon Gillespie, in the Bridgend on Sunday evening. He was presented with a Aodh Ruadh jersey, to keep the flag flying when he takes up his three year coaching post in New York in the next few weeks. The reserve team also made a presentation to Simon too. Simon has made a huge impact on the club in a very short period of time and, although he is taking up a dream posting, he will be a huge loss to us. We wish Simon all the very best in the States.
