Reserves still looking for first points

Senior Reserve Football Division 3
6 April 2013
Aodh Ruadh 1-8
Naomh Colmcille 3-6
Father Tierney Park

The reserves are still awaiting their first points of 2013 following their 1-8 to 3-6 loss to Newtowncunningham opposition. Once again it was a very novel team and there were promising showings from a number of players. The midfield pairing of Niall Harley and Matthew Thompson were both excellent, while up front James Barron was in top form and really finished his goal with some aplomb. Half back Bréanainn Drummond put in his second excellent 60 minutes in a row. He was joined in the half back line by a welcome returnee, Ciaran Slevin, who showed few signs of ring rustiness.
