Aodh Ruadh has submitted an application for funding under the 2006 Sports Capital programme. The club is in the process of embarking on a major redevelopment programme which is set to cost several hundred thousand euro. This will see a much needed new playing surface and substantial leveling works carried out at Munday's field at the Rock. To that end, we are calling on all club members, and those in the wider community, to exert any influence possible, to ensure our application is favourably looked upon. Contact John Hughes on info@aodhruadh.org for further information on a letter-writing campaign the club is undertaking to ensure we are in with a fighting chance when funding is being disbursed.
