~ COACHING CORNER ~
There are a number of coaching articles and links available on the club website, www.aodhruadh.org. These will be added to on a regular basis. Many of the articles have the same outlook, in particular the need for more small sided games in training with no more than three or four a side. This will significantly improve players' decision making. Many of the top teams in the country adopt a whole-part-whole approach to training. This means beginning training with a game after warm up proceeding then to focusing on drills and skills and finishing with a more tactical game at the end.
